| Thread Unscrewing Units |
Using thread unscrewing units, internal threads on moulded parts can be demoulded easily, quickly, precisely, and economically. Different types can be installed directly in or on the mould. There is also the possibility to combine several thread unscrewing units of different types and sizes. Types Single unscrewing unit Single unscrewing units are use when one internal thread shall be demoulded quickly and easily. They can be installed directly in or on the mould. Twin unscrewing unit Twin unscrewing units are used when two internal threads have to be demoulded at the same time, on the same level, in the same direction, and of the same pitch. The unscrewing units are available in different sizes and with different centre distances. Angle unscrewing unit Angle unscrewing units have the same task as single unscrewing units. | Hales Expansion |
We have finally settled into Unit 10 after moving mid July from Unit 14. The address is the same, we just moved into a larger unit on the same site. Most of the move went without a hitch except for our telecoms. My tip if you are thinking of moving, is to plan this with your supplier at least 3 months before hand. Who would have thought it would be so difficult to move the same numbers 20 metres! We have had new offices built at unit 10 to accomodate additional staff, Emily in the purchasing department and Simon in the warehouse/dispatch. It just remains for us to fit out our reception area and meeting room to complete the transition. On 1st June we also changed from our previous Sage accounting software to a new more bespoke package (Advanced business Manager) along with Hales Australia and Hales Singapore. To do this we also needed to upgrade to a more powerful server and a complete new computer installation. On 1st September Vince Murphy joins the Hales team as our new sales guy and your initial point of contact in the field. Vince will be making his debut at Interplas 27-29/09/2011(stand C38) so please come along and say hello. Phew.............new computers, new software, new staff, new offices, new warehouse............that's it for a while now while I let my hair grow back! | Hales Grand Prix 2012 |
We are doing it all again in 2012!! After the fantastic success of our 2010 Hales Grand Prix Competition, we will be running this competition again next year. The draws will start in October, more details to follow so keep checking back to our website for details.
